Holy Thursday Church Hopping Registration

We will attend Mass at 6pm at Holy Family, and then we will be carpooling from Holy Family and “hopping” to other Catholic Churches in around our diocese to pray in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament. We will conclude the evening by getting ice cream! All high schoolers are welcome to have their parents register them in order to attend this event. By completing this form, parent/guardian is granting permission for Holy Family Life Teen adult chaperones to drive your teen during this event while we carpool to the various churches.
Drop off teen for Mass at Holy Family Church by 5:50pm Thursday, April 14th
Pick up teen at Holy Family Church at 9pm.
